A little about me
Born in Sao Paulo and raised in Sao Sebastiao - Brazil I have always been passionate about food, growing up my family has always had their own garden and I was lucky to grow up with the freshest of seafood in one of the most paradisiac places in the world, from collecting mussels, catching squid on a kayak, or spearfishing for bass on caves I have grown a huge respect not only for nature, but also for the culture I grew up on.
With the guidance of wonderful professors, I graduated in SENAC Santo Amaro in 2017.
With a strong brazilian background I love to share my own story with my clients through my food by cooking my favorite coastal dishes, though I have extensive knowledge in many other cuisines!
